48F(4x12F) MPO-MPO OM3 Trunk cable

The 48-core MPO trunk cable is a compact high-density pre-terminated cabling solution, assembled with four standard 12-fiber MPO connectors at both ends. It adopts bend-insensitive OM3/OM4/OM5 multimode or OS2 single-mode fibers with LSZH flame-retardant jackets, featuring low insertion loss and excellent signal stability. With standardized high-precision ferrule alignment, it ensures long-term reliable connection. Optimized for medium-density network scenarios, it supports 40G/100G high-speed transmission. Widely used for data center cabinet interconnection, enterprise backbone links and small-scale computer room capacity expansion, enabling fast deployment and neat cable management.

Pre-terminated MPO Technology-Polarity (12C MT Ferrule)

Polarity defines the directional correspondence between the transmit (Tx) port and receive (Rx) port of optical fiber links. It standardizes the signal transmission direction of fiber connections and guarantees accurate and effective end-to-end signal interconnection in optical cabling systems.

Custom Pulling Eye.

Custom Pulling Eye1

The pulling eye safeguards MPO trunk connectors throughout cable laying and dismantling processes, especially in confined or inaccessible installation areas, by completely shielding the fiber breakout section and diverting tensile stress from the cable assembly to the protective sleeve.

Application

12F OM3 Multimode MPO Patch Cord

Bandwidth: Provides 2000 MHz·km bandwidth at 850nm, optimized for standard short-reach multimode optical transmission.

Transmission Rate & Reach: Supports 40G SR4 up to 100m and 100G SR4 up to 70m; not suitable for stable 400G and 800G high-speed transmission.

Application Scenarios: Widely used for medium-density data center internal wiring, short-distance interconnection between servers, switches and storage devices, and traditional enterprise room high-speed links.
